The roads, schools and skylines ofRaparin
Rawezh is a general contractor working across roads, public buildings and residential development — from a 17.5 km dual carriageway to the classrooms behind it.
Building, partnership and expertise are the work we chose. We turn ideas into something that lasts, using current methods and the standards the job is measured against — on every engineering detail.
Rawezh Company for General Contracting has worked out of Ranya since 2001. In that time the firm has moved between disciplines that most contractors keep separate: highway dualization, retail, education, fuel infrastructure and housing.
The work is run by a permanent team of 6 — engineering, quality inspection, legal and finance under one roof — supported by trade crews brought on per project. It keeps decisions short and accountability obvious.
7 disciplines, one contracting licence. Most of our projects use two or three of them at once.
Dualization, junctions, sub-base and asphalt, drainage and roadside works.
Retail and mixed-use structures, from foundation to fit-out and handover.
Institutes, schools and civic buildings built to ministry specification.
Apartment blocks, terraced housing and complete residential complexes.
Service stations, canopy structures, tank installation and forecourt civils.
Setting-out, material testing, progress inspection and as-built records.
Roads, schools, retail and fuel infrastructure — delivered by the same crew, and in use today.
“We build things people use on an ordinary day — the road to a village, a classroom, a home. That is exactly why the detail is not negotiable.”
Engineering, inspection, legal and finance sit in the same building on Ranya main street.
Larger schemes are rarely built alone. These are the organisations we have shared sites, risk and deadlines with.
